Several BigFix clients are having an issue with receiving new actions. These clients sometimes show as active in the Console appearing in black with a recent Last Report time. After 45 minutes these same clients appear offline. Sending a Force Refresh causes them to appear active again, but after another 45 minutes, they show as inactive once more.
