Answer C cannot be correct. The Scrum Master should teach the developers that it is their responsability to work together with other Teams to make suer that they create an integrated increment. I cannot imagina that crating a consolidated plan for the entire Sprint should be a Task to be performed by the Scrum Master. Development Teams organise their own work during the sprint. The Scrum Master is to Coach them on how to accomplish that.
