The ABR in the OSPF STUB area does not flood Type 5 LSA, Type 4 LSA, and Type 3 LSA into the STUB area. Therefore, the STUB area does not have AS external routing capabilities. The ABR in the STUB area advertises a default route to the area, guiding to send to destination outside the AS.
