I also think the correct answer here should be A.

Answers B, C, D are in direct opposition with this sentence from the Scrum guide:

> […] an Increment may be delivered to stakeholders prior to the end of the Sprint. The Sprint Review should never be considered a gate to releasing value.

While option E doesn’t make sense.
