A menos errada é a alternativa C .!! Pois, não altera sua tabela.

– O comando DISTANCE é para alterar o AD das rotas externas,
então descartamos as alternativas configuradas com esse comando.
– Comando Passive-Interface Default não anuncia nenhuma rota, nesse caso o R-3 deixa de anunciar
suas rotas. Porém, recebe anuncios dos vizinhos, não alterando sua tabela.
– O comando Versão 1 configurado no R-3 não altera tambem a sua tabela.

Os demais routers não irão aprender as rotas pelo rip e receberão uma mensagem de versão incorreta !!
e o passive interface so prejudica os outros routers.

In B, the network 192.168.4.0 is missing? How it is correct?

because the Router learned this network by static Route ,as the Routing table shows.

and

D . router rip

network 192.168.4.0
network 192.168.23.0

=> Correct

but we prefer answer B cause the lowest number of commands
